QueueMind

AI receptionist for clinics

When the day changes, every patient knows.

  1. 1A doctor is called away.
  2. 2QueueMind moves their patients to the doctor who is free.
  3. 3It writes each patient their new time. Your receptionist taps approve.

Most websites are a template with a new logo.

Here is one accountant's website, twice. Drag the line: on one side, the template they have now; on the other, the site we would design for the same firm, built from its own paper of receipts, ledgers and deadlines.

How we work

  1. We learn your business, your customers and what success looks like, then agree a clear scope and quote.

    • Discovery call
    • Written brief
    • Scope and quote
  2. We shape the look, the structure and the motion. You review real screens, not mood boards.

    • Visual direction
    • Key screens
    • Clickable prototype
  3. We build in short cycles with previews as we go, tested on real devices. Then we launch, measure and stay close, with handover and support.

    • Regular previews
    • Real device testing

    • Ongoing support

We make designs feel alive.

Eight small things, all real and all playable. It is the same care we put into every interface we ship.

Good interfaces are read, not decoded. Every line here is set to a grid, and every grid is set to a reason.

In every build

Whatever we make for you, these come with it. They are the difference between a site that looks good and one that works.

  • Designed for phones first

Most visitors arrive on a phone, so that is the screen we design for first and test on most.

  • Fast by default

Performance budgets from the first commit, checked on a mid-range phone, not just a fast laptop.

  • Ready for search

Clean structure, metadata, structured data and a sitemap, submitted to Search Console at launch.

  • Measured from day one

Analytics and Tag Manager set up, with the calls, forms and bookings that matter tracked as conversions.

  • Yours to own

The code, domain, hosting and accounts are in your name, and everything is handed over.

  • Easy to update

Change text, images and products yourself, without touching code or waiting on us.

Questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly

How much does a project cost?

Every project is quoted individually. Scope ranges from a single landing page to a full platform, and each proposal is prepared around your goals and your market. After a complimentary introductory call, you receive a written scope and a fixed price in your currency, before any work begins.

How long does it take?

A landing page can take a couple of weeks. A full website, app or custom tool takes longer. You get a timeline with your quote, and previews along the way.

Where are your clients, and how do you handle time zones?

Most of our clients are in the UK, Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and the Middle East, with some in India. We work remotely, plan calls in your working hours, and quote in your currency.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. The code, domain, hosting and analytics accounts are yours, and everything is handed over at the end.

Can you redesign my site without losing my Google rankings?

Yes, that is part of the job. We map your existing pages, keep what ranks, set up redirects and check everything after launch.

What do you need from me to start?

A short call and whatever you already have: your brand, content, logins and a sense of what success looks like. If something is missing, we help you create it.

Can I see designs before you build anything?

Yes. You review real screens and a clickable prototype before engineering starts, and changes at that stage are part of the plan.

Do you set up SEO and analytics?

On every build. Pages ship with clean structure, metadata, structured data and a sitemap, and we set up Search Console, Google Analytics and Tag Manager with your key conversions tracked.

What happens after launch?

We watch the launch closely, fix anything that comes up and hand over documentation. Ongoing support, updates and growth work are available if you want them.

Can you work with my existing team or tools?

Yes. We can plug into your team, your stack and your tools, or pick up a project someone else started.

Tell us what you are building.

A few honest lines are enough. We read every message and reply personally.
